Led out by Coach Dan Mecca — USA Track & Field National Team coach, IC4A/ECAC Games Commitee

• Option to train on multiple implements: discus, hammer, javelin, and/or shot

• Available for High School, Collegiate, and Masters athletes

• ATHLETES MUST HAVE THEIR OWN IMPLEMENTS

• 12th Rock Sports (Behind Maple Hill Elementary School)

COST:

• $60/session | 1 1/2 hour session

• Each session limited to 5 athletes
